Wire Processing and Cable Processing
SHINE uses industry-leading equipment to cut and strip wires and cables
Wire processing and cable processing is about more than just wire cutting, cable cutting, wire stripping, and cable stripping. At SHINE, trained personnel perform these tasks quickly, accurately, and using state-of-the-art equipment. We provide wire crimping and wire soldering services, too.
Semi-Automatic Wire Processing and Cable Processing
SHINE uses wire and cable cutting and stripping equipment made by Schleuniger, a global leader in the wire processing industry. When we redesigned our wire prep and wire stripping department, we added Schleuniger UniStrip2300 machines to an already robust equipment set.
Schleuniger UniStrip 2300 programmable stripping machines can strip wires that range in size from 0.03 – 6 mm² (32 – 10 AWG), and jacketed cables up to 5.5 mm (0.22”) in diameter. Because this programmable stripping equipment doesn’t require mechanical adjustments for processing different wire sizes, setups are quick and easy.
For the precise, semi-automatic stripping of cable conductors during the assembly process, Schleuniger UniStrip2300 machines provide proven results. SHINE’s trained personnel also use Schlueniger Uni-Strip 2100 and 2015 multiple units for accurate, repeatable stripping that avoids damage to insulation or conductors – common problems with manual wire strippers.
Wire and Cable Cutting and Stripping
In addition to UniStrip2300 equipment, SHINE uses other machinery made by Schleuniger for wire and cable cutting and stripping. Our equipment set includes:
- Schleuniger CS-9050 wire cutting and wire stripping machine.
- Schleuniger PS-9400 wire and cable cutting and stripping equipment with pre-feed and wire straightener.
- Schleuniger PS-9500 wire and cable cutting and stripping machine with interfaced pre-feed, wire straightener, coiler, and typing machine.
